Toronto Home Prices Fall for a Seventh Month As Economy Slows

Home prices in Toronto have declined for seven consecutive months as the Canadian economy experiences a slowdown linked to impacts from US tariffs.

According to seasonally adjusted data released Friday by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, the benchmark price for homes in Canada’s largest city decreased by 0.9% in June compared to May, reaching C$978,200 ($720,164).
