أكد الرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان أن تنفيذ مشروع “ممر زانغيزور” سيرفع مستوى التعاون الاقتصادي بين تركيا وأذربيجان وأرمينيا. n nوقال أردوغان: “سيتم بناء خط السكة الحديدية “قارص – إغدير” الذي يبلغ طوله 224 كيلومترا، والذي يشكل أساس هذا المشروع، على مسار مزدوج ومكهرب”. n nوأضاف: “ومن المقرر أن ينقل الخط 5.5 مليون مسافر و15 مليون طن من البضائع سنويا”. n nوأشار إلى أنه مع بدء تشغيل المشروع الذي تبلغ تكلفته 2.4 مليار يورو، سيصبح خط التجارة الدولي من الصين إلى بريطانيا أكثر كفاءة. n nوقال وزير النقل والبنية التحتية التركي عبد القادر أورال أوغلو في وقت سابق أن أنقرة تتوقع تشغيل خط السكة الحديد على طريق “ممر زانغيزور” في غضون 4 إلى 5 سنوات.
