Mohamed Hussein, legal advisor and head of the Economic Union within the Egyptian Parties Alliance, as well as chairman of the Economic Committee at Ihya al-Jil Party, announced that several steps have been taken toward finalizing the complete structure of the recently announced Economic Union.
Hussein noted that a meeting was held with Kamal Hassanein, organizational secretary of the Egyptian Parties Alliance and head of Al-Riada Party, which led to the formation of the union’s executive bureau.
In this context, Taysir Matar, chairman of Ihya al-Jil Party and general secretary of the alliance, assigned Mohamed Hussein the responsibility of establishing the union’s technical office. Following this, a series of meetings will be held—first between the union’s head and the executive bureau, then with the technical office—paving the way for a broader session involving party leaders within the coalition.
