Both ministers praised the constructive role of the international organization in advancing peace and sustainable development regionally and globally, highlighting the diverse development projects implemented across Egypt. n nKey areas of ongoing cooperation were reviewed, such as food security, upgrading health and education systems, water security, improving services for children in vulnerable communities, advancing women’s economic and social empowerment, and encouraging their participation in leadership roles in both public and private sectors. n nThe Foreign Minister emphasized Egypt’s active engagement in multilateral international efforts, noting that the country hosts 38 UN offices, including regional hubs employing over 2,300 staff. He reaffirmed Egypt’s commitment to enhancing the effectiveness of multilateralism as a cornerstone for global peace and security. n nMeanwhile, the Planning Minister outlined national efforts toward achieving sustainable economic growth. She pointed out that recent economic reforms have improved Egypt’s macroeconomic performance, boosted its credit rating, and created a more attractive investment climate.
