A 40-year-old woman named Lucy Grace Nelson was arrested in Colorado after being caught with explosives at a Tesla dealership, according to the Loveland Police Department. The arrest followed an extensive investigation launched on January 29 after a series of vandalizations involving incendiary devices at the Tesla Dealership in Loveland. On Monday evening, Nelson returned to the dealership in possession of additional incendiary devices and materials linked to vandalism. Detectives apprehended her before further damage could occur. Nelson was charged with the use of explosives or incendiary devices during a felony, criminal mischief, and criminal attempt to commit a Class 3 felony. She was booked into the Larimer County Jail and issued a $100,000 cash surety bond. The Loveland Police Department is working closely with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives’ Denver Field Division, and federal charges are likely to follow. The investigation remains open and ongoing. — news from ABC News
