East Palo Alto Invites Community to Shape Its Economic Future

Residents, local businesses, and community organizations in East Palo Alto are being encouraged to take part in the “Community Economic Vision Night,” an event aimed at fostering dialogue and collaboration to chart a path toward a thriving and inclusive local economy.

This gathering is part of a long-term planning initiative focused on strengthening the city across four key areas: supporting small enterprises, creating quality jobs, ensuring equitable development, and expanding economic access for all community members.

The invitation extends to all residents, small business owners, entrepreneurs, property holders, and nonprofit groups. Organizers emphasize that every perspective matters, highlighting their goal of building a locally rooted and broadly representative economic strategy.

The evening will feature complimentary food from a neighborhood vendor, a raffle offering gift cards as prizes, and Spanish-language interpretation throughout the session.
