In a Zoom interview with media personality Ahmed Moussa on the show ‘On My Responsibility’ broadcast by Sada El Balad, Gaballah noted that Egypt’s industrial sector recorded a growth rate exceeding 18%, while tourism expanded by 17%. He emphasized that President Sisi consistently prioritizes inclusive economic growth alongside ongoing enhancements to social protection programs.
Regarding the remarks made by economist Mahmoud Mohieddin about resisting the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Gaballah stated such advice would be inappropriate if it undermines national interests. He argued that genuine supporters of Egypt would not advocate actions that could destabilize its economic course.
