خبير اقتصادي: اتجاه حكومي لحزم تحفيزية جديدة لدعم الاستثمار والصادرات
قال الدكتور فرج عبد الله عضو الجمعية المصرية للاقتصاد السياسي إن الحكومة قطعت شوطًا واسعًا خلال السنوات الماضية في تهيئة بيئة الاستثمار، خاصة مع اقتراب عام 2026، موضحًا أن الدولة نفذت خطوات جادة لدعم القطاع الخاص عبر حزم متنوعة من التسهيلات الضريبية، وتطوير إجراءات التقاضي الضريبي، وتبسيط منظومة التراخيص ومزاولة الأنشطة الاقتصادية.
وأشار إلى أن رقمنة الخدمات كان لها دور كبير في تحسين العلاقة بين مقدم الخدمة الحكومي ومتلقّيها، وهو ما انعكس على معدلات النمو الاقتصادي خلال الفترة الماضية.
وأوضح عبد الله، خلال مداخلة لقناة النيل للاخبار، أن الحزم الاقتصادية المنتظرة ستركز بشكل أساسي على تحفيز الصناعات التصديرية، من خلال برامج موجهة لدعم الشركات التي تعتمد على التصدير وإزالة المعوقات أمام توسعها.
كما لفت إلى وجود حزم أخرى ترتبط بدمج القطاع غير الرسمي داخل المنظومة الرسمية، بما يضمن توسيع قاعدة النشاط الاقتصادي وزيادة الحصيلة الضريبية دون تحميل المستثمرين أعباء إضافية.
وأوضح أن الفترة المقبلة ستشهد كذلك إجراءات تعزز الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص، عبر آليات جديدة متوقَّع الإعلان عنها رسميًا بما يخدم خطة الدولة لرفع كفاءة الاستثمار وزيادة مساهمة القطاع الخاص في النمو الاقتصادي.
