During a meeting with key ministers and officials, including the Ministers of Tourism, Transportation, and Planning, Madbouly reviewed arrangements for VIP guest reception, security, and transportation logistics. Discussions included updates on infrastructure projects such as the development of the Cairo ring road, the BRT express bus system, and the fourth metro line, which will serve the museum. The engineering authority reported completing all construction works at the museum site, including a 1.27 km tourist walkway, administrative and commercial facilities, and parking areas with a capacity for over 1,400 vehicles. Separately, Madbouly chaired an economic ministerial meeting to discuss Egypt’s ongoing economic reform program with the IMF, focusing on the fifth review under the Resilience and Sustainability Facility.
