Israeli Channel 14 Report Reveals Netanyahu’s Strategic Economic Vision with Trump, India, and Gulf Nations

An exclusive report initially published on Monday evening by Hebrew-language outlet “Channel 14 News” disclosed that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is actively pursuing an end to the Gaza conflict. This effort is driven not only by mounting domestic pressure but also by a broader strategic initiative involving U.S. former President Donald Trump, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Gulf leaders.

The report outlines a major economic and diplomatic initiative worth hundreds of billions of dollars, aiming to connect East and West through a commercial corridor stretching from India and East Asia, passing through the Middle East, and reaching Europe and the United States. This plan is seen as a direct American countermeasure to China’s Belt and Road Initiative, which has received over one trillion dollars in funding over the past decade and has integrated Beijing into global logistical and trade networks.

Central to this initiative is Israel’s role as a key logistical hub due to its geographic position between Asia and Europe. The plan envisions upgrading ports, airports, and railway systems to facilitate trade routes linking India and Gulf nations with Western markets. However, the participation of Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries is crucial for providing financial backing, energy resources, and strategic positioning.

A prerequisite for the success of this vision is the cessation of hostilities in Gaza. Continued conflict hinders Gulf nations’ involvement and delays the activation of this economic and political alliance. According to the report, Netanyahu is pushing to expedite the end of the war while simultaneously pursuing three objectives: securing the release of hostages held by Hamas, dismantling Hamas militarily, and launching the largest economic initiative in the region’s history in collaboration with Trump.

Analysts suggest that this initiative could reshape the geopolitical and economic landscape of the region. However, it faces significant challenges stemming from ongoing military operations and the lack of a clear political horizon.

The report also notes that discussions between Washington, Tel Aviv, New Delhi, and Riyadh are focusing on massive infrastructure projects, including ports, railway lines, and highways spanning continents. The overarching goal is to provide an economic and geopolitical alternative to China’s growing influence.
