Prior to his role in academia, Snyder served as CEO of Delco Remy International, where he oversaw a near-tripling of company revenues during an 11-year tenure. Since taking the helm at Ivy Tech in 2007, he has guided an institution that now serves over 120,000 students across 23 campuses and 100 learning centers. In his first year alone, the college saw a $3 million increase in revenue.
