The meeting took place at the chamber’s headquarters and was attended by several chamber officials and representatives of entrepreneurship support institutions.
Mohammad Al Naqbi, Chairman of the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber, emphasized that the emirate continues to strengthen its economic relations with Southeast Asian countries amid rapid global economic growth in these nations. He highlighted the importance of organizing joint efforts and exchanging ideas to increase the share of Emirati products in the Malaysian market.
He added that Ras Al Khaimah is one of the most attractive economic destinations for foreign investments due to its flexible regulations and incentives that enhance competitiveness. The chamber is committed to providing all possible facilities to Malaysian investors and activating communication channels between the private sectors of both countries.
The Malaysian ambassador expressed his country’s interest in boosting economic ties with the UAE, emphasizing the importance of coordinating reciprocal visits between entrepreneurs and introducing them to available commercial and investment opportunities. He also stressed the significance of participating in exhibitions organized by the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber as platforms for achieving mutual interests.
