A key component of the initiative is the creation of a direct economic assistance mechanism for returned migrants, allowing those returning to the country to access means to rebuild their lives with dignity. According to Ramos, this economic support will be crucial in addressing the challenges of social, labor, and emotional adaptation that arise after deportation or voluntary return.
