Al-Abiyan Glass Company has acquired full ownership of its joint venture, AGC, by purchasing the remaining 81% stake for 23 million riyals. Previously holding a 19% share, the company now fully owns the entity, marking a strategic consolidation of its operations.
The sellers include AGC France Holding, Al-Abiyan Investment Group, and the Saudi Advanced Industries Company. The transaction will be funded through internal cash reserves, with financial impacts expected to reflect from the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025.

“العبيكان للزجاج” تشتري جميع حصص الشركاء في “ايه جي سي”بـ23 مليون ريال
وهي مشروع مشترك تمتلك فيه “العبيكان للزجاج” حصة بنسبة 19%، لتصبح شركة مملوكة بالكامل لها.
وأوضحت الشركة في بيان، أن البائعين هم: شركة ايه جي سي فرانس هولدينق، وشركة مجموعة العبيكان للاستثمار، الشركة السعودية للصناعات المتطورة.
وأضافت أنه سيتم تمويل الصفقة عن طريق السيولة النقدية لدى الشركة، متوقعة أن ينعكس الأثر المالي لهذه الصفقة ابتداءً من الربع الرابع للسنة المالية 2025.
