No injuries were reported during the incident. The fire occurred on Delta Air Lines Flight 1213, an Airbus A330 aircraft with 282 passengers, 10 flight attendants, and two pilots. The plane was at the ramp, preparing to depart for Atlanta when flames were observed in the tailpipe of one of its engines. Delta stated that flight crews followed procedures to evacuate the passenger cabin safely. Maintenance teams will investigate the cause of the fire.
