محاكمة مفاجئة للخبير الاقتصادي المصري عبد الخالق فاروق
أجّلت محكمة جنح الشروق في القاهرة الجديدة، اليوم السبت، النظر في قضية يتابع فيها الخبير الاقتصادي المصري عبد الخالق فاروق (67 عاماً) إلى الثاني من أكتوبر/ تشرين الأول المقبل، بعد عقدها جلسة محاكمة مفاجئة له على ذمة القضية رقم 4937 لسنة 2024 حصر أمن دولة عليا، والمقيدة برقم 4527 لسنة 2025 جنح الشروق. ووفق ما أكد محامو الخبير الاقتصادي، فقد فوجئ فريق الدفاع، أول من أمس الخميس، بقرار إحالة موكلهم إلى محكمة جنح الشروق من دون إخطار مسبق أو علمهم بتحديد جلسة عاجلة، وهو ما اعتبروه إخلالاً بحقوق الدفاع وضمانات المحاكمة العادلة. n nوخلال جلسة اليوم، أثبت الدفاع طلباته في محضر الجلسة، وعلى رأسها تمكينه من الاطلاع على أوراق القضية كاملة والحصول على نسخة رسمية منها، بالإضافة إلى تقديم طلب لإخلاء سبيل موكلهم نظراً إلى ظروفه الصحية الحرجة. وخلال الجلسة، قال عضو هيئة الدفاع المحامي كمال أبو عيطة إن “فاروق يتمتع بتاريخ أكاديمي ومهني طويل”، مؤكداً أنه “يحمل من المستندات والأوراق ما يثبت أن ما نسب إليه من منشورات وأخبار كاذبة لا يمت للحقيقة بصلة”. وأوضح أبو عيطة أن الاتهامات الموجهة للخبير الاقتصادي تأتي في إطار نشاطه الفكري والبحثي وكتاباته النقدية للسياسات الاقتصادية، وليست لها علاقة بأي نشاط مخالف للقانون. n nوكانت قرارات سابقة قد انتهت بتجديد حبس عبد الخالق فاروق لفترات متعاقبة وصلت إلى 45 يوماً، على خلفية اتهامات شديدة الخطورة، توضع في قائمة واحدة لكافة المحسوبين على المعارضة للنظام، من بينها “الانضمام إلى جماعة إرهابية”، و”نشر أخبار وبيانات كاذبة”، و”إساءة استعمال وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي”، و”التحريض ضد الدولة وقياداتها ورئيسها”. وبحسب التحقيقات، فإن الاتهامات استندت إلى نشره 40 مقالاً تضمنت انتقادات مباشرة لأداء الرئيس المصري عبد الفتاح السيسي والسياسات الاقتصادية للدولة. n nوخلال جلسات تحقيق سابقة بنيابة أمن الدولة، شكا فاروق أمام المحكمة من تعرضه لانتهاكات متكررة داخل محبسه، من بينها حرمانه من التريض والحصول على حقوقه المقررة قانوناً، وتهديده بالنقل التعسفي إلى سجون بعيدة عقاباً على مطالبته بحقوقه، وتعرّضه لأزمات قلبية متكررة بسبب قصور في الشريان التاجي وسوء الرعاية الطبية، وإغلاق الزنزانة عليه 23 ساعة يومياً، ما يؤثر على حالته النفسية ويؤدي إلى اعتلال صحي ونفسي متفاقم. n nوبحسب وثائق القضية، فإنّ الاعتقال الأخير لفاروق مرتبط بسلسلة مقالات نشرها على حسابه في موقع فيسبوك. واعتقلت السلطات الأمنية الخبير الاقتصادي في 21 أكتوبر/ تشرين الأول 2018، بسبب نشره كتاباً بعنوان “هل مصر بلد فقير حقاً؟”، قبل أن يُفرَج عنه بعد أيام قليلة، وهو ما يعكس، بحسب محاميه، تكرار استهدافه بسبب آرائه البحثية والنقدية.
