From October 1 to October 6, a delegation from Lang Son’s Investment, Trade, and Tourism Promotion Center participated in the East-West Economic Corridor 2025 International Trade, Tourism, and Investment Expo held in Da Nang. The province was represented with two exhibition booths highlighting over 20 OCOP (One Commune One Product) items, including star anise essential oil, Chi Lang custard apple, Van Khuyen persimmon, black jelly powder, Khao Sly rice, Mao Son wine, and dried Chou Bai extract. These goods reflect the distinctive agricultural and craft-based output of the region. In addition to product displays, promotional materials were provided to inform visitors about Lang Son’s investment climate, trade advantages, and tourism potential. Attendees engaged with exhibitors, learning about local specialties and exploring business collaboration opportunities.
The East-West Economic Corridor International Trade, Tourism, and Investment Expo 2025 is part of the National Trade Promotion Program for 2025, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in coordination with Da Nang’s People’s Committee. With more than 200 booths and participation from around 150 units and enterprises across Vietnam, as well as diplomatic agencies and international organizations from countries such as Laos, Thailand, and Cambodia, the event served as a platform for domestic and regional stakeholders to showcase offerings, exchange production and trade insights, identify partners, and expand consumer markets. It also strengthened commercial, tourism, and investment linkages among regions along the East-West Economic Corridor, ASEAN member states, and partner nations.
